Tyler joined the Power Factory in 2017 as a Junior Marketing Coordinator. Tyler is a client relations representative for several key accounts and is responsible for the planning and delivery of business-to-business marketing projects.  Tyler is also responsible for Purchasing and Data Management activities.  Prior to this Tyler spent 5 years at Aspire Lifestyles, in Analytics and Client Communications guiding and assisting floor management with critical decisions to meet and exceed client targets. Tyler holds a Business Marketing Diploma from Mohawk College.

Julie has spent two decades in marketing communications.  She launched The Power Factory Ltd. in 2008, providing marketing communications services for Horizon Utilities' energy conservation programs. Under Julie's leadership the company has become the preferred agency for many Electricity LDC's and other fast growing businesses looking to engage customers and drive results. Additionally she has built a strong client base for the firm's strategic energy management and CDM program agent staffing services. Prior to this Julie managed business development at Vertical Scope, a Toronto based integrated multi-platform media company as well as delivered nationwide marketing campaigns across the U.S in the automotive aftermarket and auto sports industry with leading brands such as Saturn, General Motors, and Matco Tools. Julie holds a BA, Marketing and Law designation from Wilfred Laurier University.

Shannen joined the Power Factory in 2013. As the Client Relations & Business Development Manager, Shannen is part of the Leadership team and is responsible for developing and growing client relationships and new opportunities.  Shannen also leads the Energy Services team. Since 2015 Shannen has been providing CDM program agent support for Utility energy conservation programs.  Shannen  has a strong customer service and sale background.  At RBC, Shannen lead the cash management team for 2 branches, managed 600+ business accounts and was named top performer in Ontario for 3 years in a row. Other previous roles include Starbucks Store Manager for multiple locations and Marketing Events Coordinator at the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.  Shannen holds a diploma in Accounting and Business Administration from Mohawk College.

Kelly joined the Power Factory in 2014  and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2016. Kelly is a client relations representative for  several key accounts and is responsible for the planning and delivery of social media campaigns and business-to-business marketing projects. Prior to this, Kelly spent 10 years at RBC in various customer service and business client account management roles, successfully building strong customer relationships and growing sales.  Kelly holds a Social Media certificate from MCU and a business administration diploma from the Halton Business Institute.   

Angela joined the Power Factory in 2008 to support the execution of Energy Conservation Time of Use programs.  As Office Manager Angela is part of the Leadership Team and is primarily responsible for Accounting & Finance. Angela also oversees purchasing, policies & compliance and general office activities.  Angela has a strong background in retail operations and accounting. Prior to joining The Power Factory Angela managed daily operations at several discount retail stores. She was also Accounting Specialist at D.F.Coons Insurance Brokerage for over a decade. Angela holds a business certificate from Sheridan College.

Paula Pitton
Marketing Coordinator

Paula joined the Power Factory in 2010 and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2017. Paula is responsible for the planning and delivery of marketing projects focused on consumer and community engagement.  Paula oversees the activities of the engagement specialist staff and handles scheduling, logistics, project planning and execution. Paula has an extensive background in finance and mortgage lending as well as overseeing cash operations for RBC's largest financial branch in South Western Ontario. Paula is a certified Mortgage Agent and holds a Business Administration Diploma from Mohawk College.
